Gigable interview questions

The sales manager was great to chat with he asked very good questions and gave a great overview of the industry. However, the CRO then starts to throw some weight around and doesn't actually have a lot of experience in this field. They will say grace to get you in, and you'll get nothing in return. Commission Structure is made to sound good, but on paper, it is very disappointing and way below industry standards. They just want quick cash. They think they are on a scale up, but in reality, they are winding down and behind all competitors in the market.
