Positives: Hiring process was fairly standard. 4 rounds of interviews. 2 phone screens and 2 in person (first in person was with 4 managers and the second in person was a presentation to a sales leader, SDR Managers, and SDRs).
The HR rep(s) were very helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the process. The managers asked clear and concise questions throughout. Everyone was friendly, genuine, and honest. The members I met with made me want to work at Glassdoor.
Negative: During my second phone screen, the individual I was supposed to screen with did not end up calling me. Not entirely Glassdoor's fault, since that individual was leaving the company at the end of the week, but it was still irritating if anything.
Out of Glassdoor's control, but the interview process occurred during the Polar Vortex in Chicago, so the timeline was slightly disrupted. The decision ended up being delayed a few days and ultimately I was told that the team decided to go with an internal hire. The only feedback I received was that the internal hire had existing relationships with the SDRs and the internal hire had more closing experience than myself.
Overall, a positive experience and I would absolutely recommend Glassdoor to job seekers.
