      Interview

      Initial call with the HR coordinator. Interview with Manager (30 mins) Interview with people on the team (2 hours), 30 mins with each set of panelist and the last 30 mins with the other manager. I personally feel like this was a complete waste of my time, and the main reason that I say that is because the day after my interview they advised that they wanted to move forward with me... BUT the following day after that email they basically said that I didn't get the job because they were trying to finalize some other candidates. I personally think they knew that they weren't going to move forward when they pulled the final interview, but they didn't say that till the following week!

      I had an excellent experience throughout the interview process. It was well-structured, consisting of three stages: a screening call, a panel interview with current team members, and a final interview with the direct manager. Each step was clear and seamless, which reflected the company’s professionalism. What stood out to me the most was the recruiter conducting a wrap-up session after the final interview to explore my overall experience. This thoughtful step showed a genuine interest in feedback and created a positive impression. It’s something I haven’t seen before, and it made the process feel even more personalized. Overall, an outstanding and well-executed hiring journey!
