I had an excellent experience interviewing for the Account Executive position at Glassdoor and ultimately accepted the offer. From start to finish, the process was structured, efficient, and thoughtful. I especially want to recognize Britney, my recruiter, who was incredibly kind, responsive, and transparent every step of the way. She made me feel supported throughout the process and took the time to answer my questions with genuine care. Each interview stage was clearly outlined, and the team did a fantastic job showcasing the culture and expectations of the role.
