It’s a normal sit down interview with the director of nursing. She explains what it’s like to work there and you explain why you’ll be a good fit there
The interview itself was professional and stress free. The interview was a 1:1 and lasted about 10 - 15 minutes or so. It took them no longer than a week to get back to me and present an offer.
