Interview
I only went through the first interview round. It was 30 minutes long and there were four people on the call, which was a bit intimidating, but they told me it was so they could move through the hiring process quicker. The questions weren't difficult, and I got a good sense of the company and the role. I was told that I would hear back the following week whether I got the job or not, but I had to follow up several times before I got a response.

Really nice people. Asked easy questions and made the whole process very enjoyable. I liked their friendly vibe and would definitely want to work there. I am currently waiting on a reply. The second interview was very easy.
Easy, fun and focused on personality and willingness to adapt and grow within the role rather than expecting an amount of experience that most people hoping to get into the industry wont have.
