Quite a quick process, they are looking for committed people. They just want to see that you can commit and job is yours. Interview, sign papers on that day itself, start work within a week. Confirmation is only after 3 months
about 30 minutes in person. Questions about my past experience in sales, and generally about me as a person and knowledge about phones and current technology trends, phones, tablets etc.
