Phone call with one of the managers. He asked about my experience and recommended a recruiter role. Then followed by a series of questions that were definitely discriminatory. I was invited for a face-to-face interview the next day, I sent them a message to confirm my non attendance, still in shock regarding the phone call. He asked: If I had any children If I plan to have children in the near future If I have dependents When I messaged them to voice my concerns, they gave me pathetic excuses as to why these questions are asked. I could barely read it, almost like a child wrote it.
