Goldcrest Land interview questions

Initial questions to fill out, if successful this was followed by a telephone interview (whats your biggest weakness, why gold crest, hobbies, name a time when...). Then a 1 on 1 competency based interview with some similar questions to that on the phone (friendly casual interview). This was then followed by an assessment centre with a site visit.
