The initial interview process was two phone interviews. The first was mostly behavioral questions, the second was behavioral and technical questions. The interviewers were very nice and it was low stress. I heard back within 2 days of them finishing up that stage of the interview process. Followed by a Superday.

I applied through career center of school and got the interview very soon. They held a pre night reception which is very helpful for the interview. I met students who are not finance major. They value people's communication skills rather than finance background. The 2 on 1 interview is kind of difficult because there were many unexpected questions. So be well prepared for it!
