I submitted my application through their website. Got an interview time approx. two weeks after. It was done online through the HireVue portal. It was little weird to talk to the computer and not to another person, but after practicing couple times it got easier.

Tell me about a situation you have faced where circumstances have changed quickly. How did you react and what did you do?
The process begins with a one-way video interview, where you record your responses to a set of pre-prepared questions. If you progress to the Superday stage, it then consists of three separate online video interviews, each focusing on different areas such as your motivation, commercial awareness, technical understanding, and overall fit for the role.

Interview
The whole process was very smooth. It was my first interview experience as a college student and the interviewers were very friendly. There were two rounds of interviews for our campus recruitment program.
