Video Interview followed by 2 rounds of interviews. VI was through hirevue and asked basic questions. First interview round was 2x 30 min interviews with juniors and VP level from the team. Second round was 5x 30 min interviews back to back involving head of division and senior members from the firm.

Written test is the first process, followed by several rounds of interview! The interview aims at testing the skills and knowledge of the employee and checks if he/she is suitable or not for the required post
