A few rounds of short list and then interviews based on resume skills and past experience with problem solving ability to test candidates which seem good and the process tests candidates to the fullest
3 30min interviews with different people
Not technical more behavioural, time you did this or that etc
Need reasons for everything you say, they will grill you on it all
There were four rounds of interviews for this position. Started with HR phone screen, then meeting with peer, then meeting with manager, meeting with MD. Questions were mostly behavioral or experienced based.
