I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Goldman Sachs (Noida) in Sept 2023
Interview
In addition to technical interviews, you might have behavioral interviews to assess your soft skills, problem-solving approach, teamwork abilities, and how you handle challenges or conflicts.ou can expect one or more rounds of technical interviews. These may include coding challenges where you're asked to solve problems related to data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles. Interviewers may also ask about your previous projects or experiences.
Initial tech screening it went pretty. Its all basic coding questions and interviewer was polite and guided me along the interview. It was one hour of screening couple of questions related to project then moved to coding.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Goldman Sachs (Dallas, TX) in Jan 2026
Interview
The process started with a CoderPad technical round conducted remotely. The interview consisted of two coding problems with a time constraint. The first problem was a straightforward algorithmic question involving array manipulation and search, which I solved completely. The second problem involved graph traversal and cycle detection — I had the correct approach worked out but ran out of time to fully implement it. The interviewers were professional and the platform worked smoothly. Overall a standard technical screen for a large financial firm, though the time pressure was significant. Received a rejection email about a week after the interview.
They asked me one SDE question and asked me to explain one of my projects ....The interviewer provided many hints throughout the interview and was very helpful. my friends were also asked modetate questions
