Good Carbon interview questions

There was an initial screening with HR, then an interview with some of the managers. They asked the usual questions about experience and work style. Then asked if I was will to do kind of a sample project. I was happy to do that. There wasn't much guidance or tools given to complete it. I opted to use Revit for the model because that's what they were using and eQuest for the modeling. Revit was being it's usual finiky while I was trying to create the model so I reached out and they sent me a copy of their architectural file. So all I had to do was focus on the design and the energy model. I did both of those but was till having some issues with Revit. I ad been working on it for about 3 or so weeks at that point in my downtime so I reached out again to see if they were ok with me creating the drawings in AutoCAD to wrap it up. No response. Then I reached out to HR when I never heard back from the managers. Ghosted. I found that to be very unprofessional and frankly rude. I assume they didn't like how long it took but if that's the case then maybe give a timeline for it to be done instead of just leaving people hanging.
