Question 1
very basic questing to understand your state of mind, how logically you think. logic develop over time though, never mind, they do not expect you to know all the technology, they try to see if you the person who has the right mindset or not. if you are, they would prefer to take you to the next level to have face to face interview at their London office. At that stage, they would take to sets of interview
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Grabyo (London, England) in May 2018
Interview
The interview process was very fast, I applied and two days later we had talking at phone. Initially the recruiter has write the interview time wrong (PM instead AM), I confirmed the original time because I didn't know if notice it to him, but he probably doesn't look the email. It supposed to be a skype interview, but with the wrong time we had a telephone interview: it wasn't a technical interview, so I introduce myself and the recruiter ask me about "What is Hibernate?", and the second question was something about their company culture. I didn't know what a company culutre is, and mostly he spoke too British dialect and sometimes him voice was too low, and I think it wasn't correct to me and to not english mothertongue. After asking me how long I can be able for this internship, he say "Thank you for your time, goodbye".
Anyway the process was very fast, maybe I was show low interest not asking about the role, although I was, but the comunication was very very difficult, too britsh dialect and to low voice and the website doesn't explain very well what is the company's goal, but just superfically.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Grabyo (London, England) in Jun 2016
Interview
They let me talk about myself freely and my motivations about the company, for almost one hour. The interviewer was very kind. Then they gave me a test to complete in three or four days.
