Interview
Had a video interview with three individuals on the Marketing and Communications team. They had a list of pre-set questions but they weren't super strict about it. They allowed me to wax poetic on some questions and ask as many back to them as I wished. Everyone was very kind overall in the interview.
While I did not get the position, they even followed up with a personal email from one of the interviewers to thank me and let me know that I didn't get the job. While that may seem like nothing, I have had many job interviews where they never follow up and you just have to assume after a few weeks of disappointing anticipation that you didn't get the job. I appreciated that they told me with a week or so, so that I could move forward exploring other options rather than wait around, thinking there might still be a chance.

Interview
I was recently invited to a virtual panel interview, which was scheduled via email. The format of the interview was quite engaging and diverse, combining both technical and personality-based questions. This approach provided a comprehensive assessment of my skills and character. The panel consisted of multiple interviewers, each bringing a unique perspective to the conversation. Their questions were well-structured, covering a range of topics relevant to the role I applied for. The technical questions tested my professional knowledge and problem-solving abilities, while the personality questions aimed to understand my work ethic, team collaboration capabilities, and how I handle workplace challenges. The entire interview process was efficiently conducted and lasted about 30 minutes, making it a concise yet thorough evaluation of my suitability for the position.

Interview
The interview process is not too difficult and straightforward. There is a combination of technical and soft interviews. However, the final round interviewers(senior and directors of finance) are extremely rude and arrogant.
