Got into the office, and the receptionist informed my interviewer. I sat on the sofa right next to the office entrance. My interviewer came to me and brought me into a small meeting room. Very friendly interviewer. Took around 10-15 minutes.

Question 1
Asked me to introduce myself in English, what my hobbies are in Mandarin Chinese, and which part I wanted to work the most in Cantonese, including audit, tax, and consultancy.
My interview experience at Grant Thornton was smooth and professional. The interviewer asked me two core questions: 'Tell me about yourself' and 'What are your strengths and weaknesses'. The whole process was relaxed and well-structured. After answering the questions, the interviewer took the time to explain the internship details clearly, including the allowance, MC policy, and the timeline for the result. I really appreciated how organized and respectful the whole process was.
