I applied a little more than a year out, relatively easy, one of the first firms to reach out to me to schedule a interview. Had one mini interview and then a 1 hour interview (30 min per person, so 2 people). They pretty much just asked the basic. They are so nice and want to talk about you (so now is the time to brag) just come prepared to answer basic interview questions.
