My process is much longer than the usual ones. I applied for a position maybe last year and received a call from a recruiter but that's where it ended.
They kept my resume on file and earlier this year I applied for another job. I spoke to a recruiter on the phone and 2-3 managers as well. I was then called to meet a manager in person which went well. About 3 weeks later, I received an offer and was extremely happy :-)

Why are you leaving your current job?
Walk me through your resume.
Fast and quick as the interview and offer was given on the same day. Overall mostly questions from the resume and just be prepared to walk through them. Abit of technical stuff as well.
They asked very basic questions related to accounting and finance . They asked to solve a bank recon and case study in my second round and final was personal interview
Great process thru and thru. The interviewers were very knowledgable. at first i was nervous but the partners were really personable as well which made it easier. i think that this is also what ultimately made me want to join the firm
