Interview
After speaking to recruiters at the my school's career fair, I applied to the Advisory Associate's position through my schools career website. I received an email 2 weeks later to schedule an on campus interview. The day of my interview, I was greeted by recently hired associates who socialized with the interview candidates. The process itself consisted of 2 back-to-back, half hour interviews. One was with a senior manager and the other was with a manager. There were specific questions about experiences on my resume as well as behavioral interview questions.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Grant Thornton (Austin, TX) in Oct 2022
Interview
The interview began with a screening process via a phone call with the recruiter. It then proceeded to two Zoom calls with a manager and then a partner. They asked a series on inquiry questions, nothing too technical. Just to prove I was a good fit for the position.

Interview
Very straightforward and no case interview. It was two back to back interviews. The people are nice and asked about experiences in college and coursework. Most of it was very conversational, and I heard back with an offer within the same week

Interview
Initial phone call interview then went into two video call interviews with managers. Extremely friendly and conversational. Questions primarily revolved around resume and past experiences. I didn't get any technical questions despite interviewing with people from my background. Overall, it was a very relaxed interview process.
