I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Grant Thornton
Interview
Very shocked to say the process was beyond inappropriate for a professional setting. 2 of the 3 people I spoke with were questioning me multiple times about my intentions to want to work there. One of the partners spent the entire interview time interrogating me about my personal business and I never had a chance to learn anything about him or ask questions. It was getting so over-the-top that I considered declining the remainder of the interview and leaving the meeting.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about yourself, lead me through your resume
My interview experience at Grant Thornton was smooth and professional. The interviewer asked me two core questions: 'Tell me about yourself' and 'What are your strengths and weaknesses'. The whole process was relaxed and well-structured. After answering the questions, the interviewer took the time to explain the internship details clearly, including the allowance, MC policy, and the timeline for the result. I really appreciated how organized and respectful the whole process was.

It was very smooth and easy. The interviewers were very nice and easy to talk to. It was two of them and it took an hour but they were in 30 minute intervals
