Questions were simple and targeted. They were very respectful and understanding amd they try to help you when you seem to not know well a topic. They want to understand your way of thinking

Easy but cautious. They really need to see your motivation and your financial skills in order for you to get a spot. Overall the process isn't as quantitative as other firms but the main thing would be to show them your desire to improve and grow in the company
