Interview
Starts with an online application with general questions around job motivation, why Grant Thornton and why the specific area. Next was a video interview followed by a follow-up telephone interview to discuss a few ideas further that were brought up in the video interview.
After passing these I was invited to an assessment centre. This involved a group exercise, lunch with recent trainees, a pre-client meeting discussing a case study and a one-on-one interview.
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Grant Thornton (London, England)

1st had a phone interview : motivation + past leadership experiences
Assessment center : group case + debate + personality interview
Very good company culture, had the opportunity to meet some graduates that were very happy of there experience so far.
