I applied online. I interviewed at Grant Thornton (London, England) in Nov 2017
Interview
I applied online, I had to do an online assessment that combined situational judgment and also numerical. I didn't find it too difficult. I then had to complete the video interview (which also contains a case study at the end). It was my first interview so I did find it a little difficult, but for someone whose used to them I think they'd be fine. They asked 8 questions, the 8th being 'is there anything you'd like to add?'. The questions I can remember are; How do you get things done? Why this sector and this location? Tell us about our training programme and how will you make the most of it (I think)? What was your greatest challenge? They give you feedback via a phone call whether you've gone through to the next round or not which I found helpful.
