The interview process went smoothly at first, everyone that I spoke to was very responsive and nice. But after my 2nd interview, I did get a message that I would hear back soon but then I started to receive no further updates and it's been about 2-3 weeks since. I would have appreciated at least a rejection letter.

How do you handle repetitive work
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gravity Media in Jun 2025
Interview
i applied early May and received an email inviting me to a first stage interview by the person overseeing recruitment for this role. I confirm the date and time for my first initial interview and from start to finish it was pleasant.
I wasn't told ahead of time that the recruiter and hiring manager were both going to be on the call but it still went ok.
They were friendly and I explained my career history to date, The interview only lasted 10 minutes instead of the scheduled 20 minutes which to me didn't spell good things.
Tuesday 1st july will be 2 weeks since my initial call and as I haven't heard a thing i can only assumed I've been ghosted,

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gravity Media (Seattle, WA) in Sept 2024
Interview
They responded promptly after reviewing my application, but nowhere in the job description does it tell you it’s NOT in seattle, it’s in hour away in SeaTac… I was really disappointed and would have taken the job if 1. That was outlined better or 2. If it actually was Seattle
