Screening of resumes: they check for relevant skills for the role applied for. The recruiter asks basic questions: background, education, and interest in the role. Questions on teamwork, handling deadlines, and communication style. If you get selected, they provide you 2-3 days training, and then again an interview is scheduled to understand you and if you understand their erp system or not.
