Don't even waste your time, this interview process was disorganised. There was so much poor communication and many members were extremely unwelcoming. This is definitely a glorified recruiter looking to exploit graduates for their own high commission.

I was called a week in advance to schedule the 1st interview which is 30 minutes over Teams. This interview included some general questions about your background as well as some business awareness questions. After this there is at least 2 more interviews, 1 with the delivery manager and another with the client you will be placed at.
