There was a lengthy, but much needed, written and phone interview process. Obviously, this interview was different than most. Asking about personal life, heart struggles, etc. All pointing toward seeing if you are fit to be a missionary. It was a great process from a loving company.

Interview
Primarily based off of a phone interview. The conversation one the phone covered many different personal areas that a normal job interview might not due to the type of position I was applying for. Also a few questions of personal nature were necessary to maintain integrity within the company. Overall the interview process was a good thing. It was laid back and casual feeling.
