Describe the interview process
The interview process was simple. We first communicated through WeChat to set a time, then we had an online interview. The whole process was smooth and professional.

Question 1
They asked me to talk about my work experience and how I deal with common tasks in daily work.
A 10 minites short interview. At the begining, a short introduction about yourself, and then ask questions about your experience in the CV, especially the related ones, and also why you would like to participate in this CEAP program.
