Green Sheep Group interview questions

First stage was great company makes very good impression. Head of marketing seems to be amazing person who knows what she's doing. But conversation was mostly about work and experience. No personal touch. Second stage weird test that has nothing to do with actual job, test took about 50 minutes to complete and included personality test. I was informed that me and other person recruited on that position had similar reaction to the test and mine was more polite but I guess it was not taken under consideration. After that 2 weeks without any response, which I think is a bit too long. But it didn't bother me, if you know something is good you can wait. Feedback: only feedback I received was lack of cultural fit, that could have only been assessed by personality test, which I think is very disrespectful. Also feedback about lack of cultural fit to person who is not native british is huge mistake and made me feel like my situation has not been considered at all and made me over all experience negative.
