i passed first interview.(hr call with cto).I get another call for the second one to have tech interview but then they decline my application. the reason behind that is i dont have enough experience

Es war ein übliches Vorstellungsgespräch. Mir wurde mehr über die Aufgaben erzählt und ich wurde nach meinen Erfahrungen und Vorstellungen gefragt. Zunächst habe ich mit der Personalerin gesprochen und anschließend kurz mit dem Geschäftsführer.
