Online application followed by telephone interview then two face to face interviews, Lengthy process but very in depth which helps you ensure you are placed in the correct venue. Recruitment team are very in depth with phone interview which takes about 30-45 minutes its a competency based question and answer interview using situational questioning.

The interviewer was really unprofessional, they hadn’t prepped for the interview and were late. A lot of prep was required for the interview and none of it was requested on the day
