The process started out well. Basic questions, etc... Went through multiple rounds. Started seeing red flags and could tell there was a lack of professionalism in that environment. Lots of buzz words were thrown around but there was a clear lack of understanding of basic supply chain/operations concepts by the interviewers. Also there were weird personal office dynamics that felt unprofessional. I figured it'd be a good stepping stone, however when the salary negotiation started I could tell they were lowballing for the position pretty aggressively. Looks like they ended up filling it but at a much lower title.
