I applied online. Got an email/text message to schedule a phone interview. Did the phone interview, then I did 2 in person interviews on 2 separate days. After that I didn’t hear anything for 3 weeks and even then I had to call multiple times. The manager told me to call them on a certain day and time if I didn’t hear anything from HR, which I did. Manager was never available, took me another week to actually get in contact with them. After finally talking to them I was told I was supposed to hear from a recruiter...(why tell me to call then)? Overall, it was a weird experience. I understand it’s a big company, but they need to be a bit more organized.

Apply online, 1 week later phone interview from third party company. Another week, got job offer as donor tech not phlebotomist. The assistant manager said they not have openings job for phlebotomist at that time. I think he just wants to be nice because I did not have any experience in medical field. I only have AMT phlebotomist certification. I appreciate 🙏 the opportunity they offer me as candidate. At least, I got one step closer to become phlebotomist one day.
