Interview
I went to the hiring event at the Garland, TX center. I did a prescreeninng interview with the district manager, he then told me to wait for a second interview. I had a second interview 20 minutes later with the quality supervisor, the center manager, and assistant center manager. Pretty easy interview, they asked about my availability, past work experience, and who I was as a person. All in all, super laid back interview, we laughed alot and I'm excited to be apart of the team.

Apply online, 1 week later phone interview from third party company. Another week, got job offer as donor tech not phlebotomist. The assistant manager said they not have openings job for phlebotomist at that time. I think he just wants to be nice because I did not have any experience in medical field. I only have AMT phlebotomist certification. I appreciate 🙏 the opportunity they offer me as candidate. At least, I got one step closer to become phlebotomist one day.
