Interview
The interview process consists of four stages. First, an ESM provides a basic introduction. Second, a CBO delves into technical proficiency and detailed understanding. Third, the CEO assesses strategic alignment and vision. Finally, HR evaluates cultural fit. This structured approach ensures a comprehensive assessment, covering foundational knowledge, technical skills, leadership compatibility, and cultural integration.
There was an assignment and it was quite easy like building an API service. After that you might be selected for two technical interviews which will based on DSA and dev skills and some knowledge of system design would help. Make sure to remember your assignment task how you did it and why did you choose a certain tech stack.

DSA questions are based on Binary Search and some array-based questions.
The founder and CEO aren’t aligned and the CEO is a total bully ,they are trying to take advantage of the recession and trying to combine multiple roles.The interview was only grilling.
