There were two interviews: a quick call with their HR and a panel interview with HR, the user, and the lead. First, you will be asked to submit a long recruitment form, which will be the basis for most of the panel interview questions. Later on, they will also ask some more event-based questions to see your compatibility with the company's value and culture, as well as how do you see yourself in terms of career.
