There is no interview during the hiring process. You just fill out an application. If your application is approved then you create an account and fill out all of your personal information and vehicle information.

Very simple phone interview, asked about previous work experience and touched briefly on customer service positions. Asked about what equipment I already have, if I had my own bicycle ( Bicycle courier position )
