First I was contacted by phone in order to inform me that I had been included in the recruiting process for the next corporate CIO for the company and to check some primary information and to validate if I was interested in this proces. Then I met with Human Resource people, I had 1 to 1 interviews, presented some personality tests and then a meeting with Human Resources and my new boss.
