The interview process consisted of 1) a 30 minute phone screening, 2) an hour-long behavioral interview with a manager and director, and 3) a 30 minute final round fit interview with a Partner.
1) I applied online via google search and received a request for a phone screening about a week later, which was a very straightforward discussion of why you wanted to apply, a brief discussion of your resume and skills, and what work you were interested in.
My application process was then put in limbo for a month due to no urgent need to fill the position I applied to and a series of back and forth emails to determine next steps which was frustrating, but the recruiter worked with me to help me find similar roles to apply to internally.
2) We found an open position with an urgent need which I was able to interview for. My interview consisted of questions about my work experience, any technical skills or experience with data, client and team communication, and a discussion of what traits or skills are important in consulting. I heard back the next day that I would be proceeding forward with the final round interview with a Partner at the firm.
3) The Partner started off with some small talk, then asked me questions about my background, why I was a good fit for the company and its values, and asked for examples. It was higher-level and more conversational than 2), but not completely casual. Be prepared for behavioral and fit questions, but the format may vary. I received an email the next day with an offer.
