The interview was fairly straightforward. I had a phone interview with my future supervisor, then a follow up in -person interview with the VP. Strengths and weaknesses were asked, and situational questions were also asked, for example what would you do if so and so happened?

The interview process was very easy and straightforward. Usually only one interview required. Good pay easy work if you do not mind being on a dialer and like customer service. Commission is nice but you have to work hard to get it.

Interview
I emailed my resume. Some one from Gulf Coast called to set up the interview with me. I showed up for the interview and filled out the application. I met with the Manager in the conference room and answered the questions presented to me.
