It was more a conversation than an interview and that's how it was framed. I certainly was not given the platform to demonstrate any true capabilities I've and how I'd be able to contribute to the org or excel in the role. I felt like the decision had been made prior to meeting me and ultimately was purely a waste of my time being the afternoon entertainment.
