Received form rejection email to sales role that I applied for, when I was more than qualified for the role and with a strong sales background. I suspect it's based on my age and they practice age discrimination.

None, as I received a standard rejection email. I applied for a competitor payroll company and they quickly got back to me and scheduled an interview.
it was a very long process for a first interview with a company, I interviewed with about 3 or 4 different hiring managers over the course of an hour and a half.
