The interview was very Comfortable.
From the moment I walked in I was at ease.
They were friendly and created a stress free environment.
The questions were not difficult, just the basic questions like goals, good and bad qualities, experience…
Very standard, began with recruiter screening and then pivots to direct manager interview with another nurse leader. Interview process lasted about 2 weeks turnaround time. Easy questions, and easy to talk to!

I shadowed the unit with one of the employees, then I spoke with the manager after. It was very casual and didn't feel like an interview. I was offered a position not too long after.
