very well organized, great communication between recruiter, human resources, department applied to as well as the direct manager. I was kept up-to-date on all steps of the process. I had a phone interview then a department tour and director/manager interview and then a peer interview.

Very standard, began with recruiter screening and then pivots to direct manager interview with another nurse leader. Interview process lasted about 2 weeks turnaround time. Easy questions, and easy to talk to!

I shadowed the unit with one of the employees, then I spoke with the manager after. It was very casual and didn't feel like an interview. I was offered a position not too long after.
