Interview
Received an email to schedule a phone interview. It was re-scheduled, however the notice came in 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time and I missed it. Logged in for the call, sat there for over 5 minutes, and then realized what happened. I had to re-schedule through their electronic system.
The recruiter advised that I was a great candidate and would get a second interview no later than the following Wednesday. I waited until the following Friday, sent an email, he responded that he had no update for me yet. The following Monday I received a general rejection.
I felt the process was not easy to follow, and if given positive feedback, and referral to a second interview then the recruiter should at minimum send a personal follow up via email or phone call.
Slow communication for second interview, skills and personality assessment overall quick feedback once second interview is completed. Very casual and metric driven questions and conversation. Could improve on initial feedback from original recruiter. Flexible work times and availability.
Good very professional and well taken care of in a manner that I got To interview with the manager and the team member. Process was good and quick follow up

Interview
I received an email after I applied to schedule a Phone screen with recruiter I was able to select a time that worked well for both of us. The interview with recruitment team and then an offer was placed. They were quick and prompt.
