It was a 30minute webex interview. From the get go I was asked questions. Most of the questions were open ended and centered on me and my experience as a nursing student.

The interview was one-on-one with the director of the unit, who was very welcoming. It was a very casual interview, lasted about 10 minutes. I was asked to talk about my education background, as well as any current or previous jobs. The interviewer then gave me information on the program, as well as details about the unit I was interviewing for. I was asked a few situational questions. I was contacted a week later by HR with an offer.

Nurse coordinator asks you what specialty you are interested in. Panel interview with nursing managers. They ask you questions. Ask if you have any questions for them. Then they tell you they will reach out to you.
