I was interviewed by 2 nurses. One of them asked the majority of the questions. I was asked around 10 questions. The whole interview took a total of 15-20 minutes.

Name a time you noticed a change in a patient's status and what did you do about it. What were the changes you noticed?
Very standard, began with recruiter screening and then pivots to direct manager interview with another nurse leader. Interview process lasted about 2 weeks turnaround time. Easy questions, and easy to talk to!

I shadowed the unit with one of the employees, then I spoke with the manager after. It was very casual and didn't feel like an interview. I was offered a position not too long after.
