Interview
1. Resume and portfolio review: The hiring team reviews your application, resume, and portfolio to assess your relevance for the role.
2. Phone or video screening: A brief call to discuss your background, experience, and interests.
Fairly straightforward, 2 interviews. Got a call from their own recruiter, talked to her, and was invited to the second round with the hiring manager and a peer. Got the final response one week after, and accepted the offer.
